Verdemar-Ecologistas en Acción has announced that the presidency of the European Parliamant has informed that the Comisión de Peticiones de la Unión Europea has denounced the activity complained about by the colectivo ornitológico Cigüeña Negra and Agaden, against the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras (APBA) for the amplification of its port in Tarifa, that would "harm the marine ecosystem and history in an irreversible way."
