Usually, people arrive with a desire to have fun and to get to know new people.
The majority of people who live in Tarifa (nationals and internationals), are people without prejudices, who will welcome you amicably.
Tarifa is big enough, not to have to see the people you don't want to, but small enough, that you will find always the one you would like to see. :-)
