Tarifa ha sido sede entre el 22 y el 26 de marzo de 2007 de la XXIV edición del Toro Andaluz, competición que este año ha traido la primera prueba del circuito europeo de windsurf.

El Campeonato finalmente se lo ha llevado el alemán André Paskowski, seguido del polaco Jakub Kosmowski y del venezolano Cheo Díaz.

Fred Bonnef, sponsorizado por Costasur.com, ha terminado finalmente noveno en esta prueba inaugural del Circuito Europeo de Windsurf 2007.

La prueba se ha venido desarrollando en la Playa dle Camping Torre de la Peña.
